What you need to know

A real estate administration trust (fideicomiso de administración inmobiliaria) is a regulated legal structure in which a financial institution (the trustee) holds an asset — in this case, the land on which the investment will be developed — and the storage spaces on behalf of the investors (beneficiaries). Your right is recorded and secured within the trust's patrimony, so your investment is protected even in the event of any issue with the administrating company.
